The technician that helped me out was excellent, ended up having an unusual problem, with rust on a small wire, he soldered another piece of wire in the shape of what we needed, he was awesome and pleasant, and these guys are amazing and I would recommend them highly

The inside looks like an old fashioned car shop, with lots of inventory in the store. They do a fantastic job on installing equipment, and their cost and time estimates are always very good.
I wouldn't go to any place except here. Had 6 speakers, 2 amps and a new player with a touchscreen installed here and they did an excellent job. Ryan is very knowledgeable about whatever you would like to have installed. The first player they installed had buttons and knows on it that didn't work, so I got another one and they installed it for free. Very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you.

I was stopping through town. I didn’t have time to install my radio on the road and i forgot a harness. I stopped by LA Stereo and they said they wouldn’t have it. I had a GPS system put in my convertible. They do good work other won't and they stand by thier work if anything goes work. It is worth any extra expense.
Recently moved here, found this local audio shop LA Stereo after checking out other shops around town. By far the best shop with the best customer service given, Ryan was kind enough to give me a solid deal on a subwoofer package and testing the product in my car after waiting in line for awhile, while dealing with other customers. My GM Infotainment had a screen glitch and the screen was black...Juan checked fuses and also to see if there were any shortages...he found the glitch with the screen and got the screen back functioning...better deal than the Chevy dealer by far!! I really appreciate Mr Juan and the guys at LA stereo

I brought in two dashcams to be installed, one in the front and one in the rear. Ryan and his technician got it done in just a few hours as a walk in, charged me a very fair price, and even spent the time to learn the system (since it wasn’t a brand they sold) and taught me how to use it. I’ll definitely be back for any future work needed.
LA stereo was able to squeeze a last minute appointment to install my subwoofers. Not only that, they did a wonderful job. Install took about 4:30 even with a technical difficulty with my subs. They were able to get it all fixed, and I am so glad they informed me about the issue, it makes it worth it to go to these higher end install places so you feel safer trusting people with your cars. Going to recommend this place to all of my friends, because even though it might be in the pricy side of installs that I had seen, it was well worth every penny. Not to mention I lost a $100 in my seat, and not only did they dig it out, they called me to inform me about it and put it on my dashboard. Trustworthy, efficient, reliable and lifetime warranty. This shop is a most go to.

Nice people. Was initially overcharged on some speakers but they were very communicative about it once they found out and made it right. Did their best to go above and beyond what was required.
I recently came in to get a dash cam installed and received excellent service from the L A stereo team!! They helped me with setting up the app that goes with my new dash cam after the installation and when I had trouble reconnecting my audio (separate issue from a different installer) they made sure to help me with that too. I know that I can come back at any time if I have any trouble with my dash cam and would definitely recommend the service to others!

I have been here twice for service and both times were great!!! The first time I had a dash camera installed. It works great and recorded just fine. However, Amazon actually sent me a dash camera that didn’t have WiFi on it. So they sent me a replacement dash camera and I needed to get my old one replaced. I went back to LA Stereo to get my old camera replaced and they switched it out, free of charge. I think I was there about 15 minutes. They were very nice on both occasions! Customer service is 10 out of 10 here, thank you!!!!
I went to LA Stereo to have the stereo in my Jeep replaced. While there, I found they had video rearview mirrors which my Jeep could certainly benefit from. The guys stayed 30 minutes after closing to complete my install which was done beautifully. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They really know their stuff!

Wow. First off, the amount of knowledge Ryan has about vehicles (audio, cameras, alarms etc) is truly amazing. I brought my truck in there to adjust the setup that audio express did a horrible job with (don’t go there). I was ready to buy a whole new amp and with their (tuning) the sound is truly amazing. I had no idea it had that capability. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Reasonable price and the results were truly outstanding. When they were working on it in the garage I said “that isn’t my car right” and sure enough it was.

A few years ago, I bought my stereo from them and have been really happy with it. I've been enjoying my new system, but recently, one of the aux connection plugs came loose. I went back to the shop, and they reinstalled it for me at no charge, which I truly appreciated. Their customer service is excellent, and I highly recommend them. I was looking to upgrade the stereo speakers in my wife’s car. After some shopping around we decided that Ryan and LA stereo offered us the best package. Our scheduled appointment was on time and his team did excellent job.
I love music, in the house, in the car, EVERYWHERE in my life. As a senior? I've had a tough time keeping up with technology but knew I was tired of paying Sirius $145 every 6 months just to get music in my car. I saw this place of LA Stereo and was curious, so took my car manual and drove over there yesterday. I cannot express, how GLAD I am that I did!!! RYAN really knows technology "inside out" and was absolutely the best of all "teachers" in guiding me to what possibilities exist currently and how it operates with my bluetooth technology. I realize I really AM a "dinosaur" as it's hard to keep up these days! -So I found it incredibly refreshing to have someone take the time and who was so very personable AND knowledgeable, help guide me with patience and grace. I have a feeling I will return - for something - because this young kid has now "peaked" my interest so to speak in other technological advances. Just a wonderful human being...

Had our front and back Dash Cam installed and Ryan is amazing. It is nice to drive seeing front and back and having that security. Ryan was able to get us in within a week and it took about 3 hours for our install. Comfortable waiting area. Great location on West Sahara. Charge was very good for the install. Highly recommend.

I went there on a whim because I was treated poorly down the street at Audio Express by a sales person that made me feel like I was below their grade of customer and talked to me like I couldn't afford their products. But what a difference at LA Stereo! Ryan was No Pressure and they installed my Back Up Camera Mirror super fast and when I didn't know how to operate some of the features they sat with me and showed me how to operate it. Super pleased that I went there!
